This past April my little sister eloped to the man of her dreams in a simple and Id like to say shabby chic wedding where I played Wedding Planner, Hair Stylist, Make up Artist (the only thing in which I'm actually certified), and Photographer. Considering our lack of expertise in any of these Id say we did pretty awesome that's of course not counting with all the natural cuteness that we had from our very own children.
Keep to a color scheme even when dressing members of your family..
You can recreate any of this by buying burlap in bulk and cutting table runners, making banners and even using extra scraps for flower vases. Its always the simplest of things that look the most beautiful.
Use natural flowers to decorate your cake just ask the pastry chef for plain white or ivory and have fun decorating!
